In this episode Michelle and I discuss acceptance. We all know we have to accept the moment, life...as is...it is what it is.
 
But we judge, compare. Push away from emotions. We want to control things. And all the rest of the unhelpful thoughts and doings we do. We just don't want to accept things as they are.
 
Ekhart Tolle suggest when we notice we are not present, then we have presence. Then we really ARE present.
