The simple truth we already know but don't see, is we habitually overlay our direct experience of reality with thoughts, beliefs, values, and opinions.

There are two types of knowledge. Intellectual conceptual understanding and direct experience. We use our thoughts, beliefs, values, and opinions to create a conceptual reality rather than the truth of the moment; direct experience.

We pile our thoughts, beliefs, values and opinions into our conceptual frame, not recognising the consequences of what we're doing; causing stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

True Knowledge is seeing this moment as it is. Not as we think it is.
